Stellar Survey (Saturday, Aug 23 2025 @9pm) - Dome #1 C14 EdgeHD Telescope
Look through a large 14" telescope as our astronomers take you on a 90-minute tour of the night sky in a small group setting!
About this Experience
Look through our Celestron EdgeHD 14" telescope in Dome #1 as our astronomers take you on a tour of the night sky in a small group setting! Learn how to operate the scope, what kinds of things we can see in the night sky with a large telescope, and discover the history and science behind different celestial objects like the moon, planets, star clusters, nebulae, and even entire other galaxies!
As the seasons change, we will focus on different prominent objects in the sky.
This 90-minute small group session gives each participant ample viewing time on the 14” Celestron EdgeHD Telescope at Ryan Observatory.
