Hat Rock Inn (Mexican Hat, Utah) is located over 100 feet above the San Juan River near Valley of the Gods. You can see & hear the water rushing over the rocks in a most beautiful setting. The South side of the Hotel faces Monument Valley area. Truly the darkest of skies. An excellent location for telescope viewing of the Southern Skies, location of the Core of the Milky Way Galaxy.

Members and guests arrange their own transportation and meet up here at Hat Rock Inn.  Plan to join us in the Hotel Lodge Room Friday Evening 7:30 PM (May 3 rd). An orientation of the sights you may want to see within a day drive of the Mexican Hat Inn will be provided.

Bring binoculars as we can conduct laser guided star tours to some amazing celestial sights. Follow the beam to its end to reveal open clusters, globular clusters, nebulae and star clouds.
